Crucible does cradle crushed and sulphured soul,
demanding that it melt and blackened, truly holds,
new form until the moment then is finely drawn;
with alchemy to charm and life to be reborn.

    Yes, it is tricky unless we read aloud and then only the writer knows how it is meant to be read aloud which I guess is why poetry read aloud is so important. 🙂
